The hotel has outstanding facilities, and the staff is very welcoming. the location is peaceful and near many attractions, including some great restaurants. the bedroom was clean, and the non, smoking room was free of any odors. the breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options. the bathroom was well, organized, and it was noticeable how clean everything was. the hotel's fitness center and swimming pool provided an enjoyable opportunity to stay in shape. Lastly, the complimentary wi, fi signal was reliable, making browsing a breeze.

The quality of the bed linens could be improved, as the duvet cover was hot and of cheap quality.

We had a great stay at this hotel for our romantic escape. The facilities were really nice and kept clean throughout our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best aspects was that they were able to quickly switch our room to a non-smoking room when we made the request upon arrival. the location was great with plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered each morning.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things we didn't like. The bed linen could definitely be of better quality.

They were quick to respond when I requested to change from a smoking to a non-smoking room, which made a big difference to my comfort. I also appreciated the location, which was convenient for exploring the city on foot.
